Kateřina Zábrodská specializes in the psychology of occupational health and the methodology of social-scientific research. In his research, he focuses on the identification of individual, organizational and social factors influencing the work well-being and resilience of teaching staff at different levels of the educational system. She is a consultant on un/ethical behavior in the workplace and social security.
